Created by a small team of Johnnie Walker’s expert whisky-makers, they chose more than 30 different single malt and grain whiskies. These are sourced from across the whole of Scotland, and are all aged for a minimum of 12 years.
The resulting blend is a balanced whisky that brings together deep, rich flavours and gives Johnnie Walker Black Label its unmistakably smooth character.
The aroma of this blended whisky is enticing, and it releases aromas of sweet vanilla, orange zest, spice and raisins. The flavour, as mentioned, is rich and delightfully well balanced. With creamy toffee, sweet dark fruit notes, vanilla spice and the signature Johnnie Walker smokiness, it takes you on a journey which finishes with a layered finish which is rich in smoke, peat and malt.
